Role
Paul was instrumental in launching, scaling, and overseeing the PRS/SFH fund outside London and the South, comprising approximately 2,000 homes across more than 30 sites.
During this period, the team acquired over 10 trading portfolios while establishing the processes for identifying, designing, feasibility modelling, and launching the company’s MFH BTR pipeline, which at the time totalled approximately 3,000 homes.
