Paul was responsible for the design, build, and launch of the Dandara Group’s build-to-rent brand and operational platform, Dandara Living. Scaling the OpCo from a cold start to over 100 team members and c.3,500 operational homes.

 

He also focused on the substantial pipeline of c.7,000 homes, appraising land, modelling feasibility, massing consideration, and community design, as well as lease-up planning, operations, and asset management.
